The Author signed copies of Drone Dogs and The Eastland Water Spirits at the 2016 Printers' Row Lit Fest. The Midwest's largest literary event, 30,000 people attended to meet 200 authors and buy tons of books. The fierce, new Walkowiak 821 armed drone was also on display, attracting many selfie-takers.

The Author was joined at the Windy City Historians' booth by Peter Pero (below right), who was signing his Chicago Italians at Work and Soul Survivors, a chronicle of Chicago Catholic high schools.
